Ceilidh Distillery is located in Xiaochi Town, Longyan City, Fujian Province. It is named after the name of the eldest daughter of Ms. Chen Fang, the founder of Yi Garden Winery, "Dexi," which symbolizes the family's inheritance of honesty, sincerity, and pioneering spirit.

Denning Gin is an innovative creation that combines the authentic Fujian flavors based on the traditional London Dry Gin style.
