It mainly produces gin and whisky. Ceilidh Distillery continues the tradition of fine winemaking, utilizing superior terroir and water sources, and adhering to traditional brewing principles to produce high-quality Chinese whisky and gin with comfortable mouthfeel and unique flavors. Its gin series won awards at the 2023 IWSC International Wine & Spirit Competition, with Autumn Moon Gin winning a gold medal, and Twilight Gin and Jasmine Gin winning silver medals.
